Under the seal of the Rosh Yeshiva.

We hereby place our hand upon those whom we send — to strengthen the hands of our emissary, the chassid Harav Chagi Vag shlit"a, the praised and esteemed, who for the past three years has devoted himself with self-sacrifice toward the establishment and ongoing support of the kollelim which we founded, with Heaven's help, at the holy tziyun of our master Dovid Melech Yisrael, alav hashalom — including learning through the watches of the night, and the recitation of Tehillim throughout the day.

Now it has arisen in the pure will of the aforementioned Rav to expand and intensify these sacred labors — so that from this holy place the voice of Torah and prayer shall not cease, day or night. In particular, much has been accomplished there in drawing close those who had been distant, b"h, and most recently a group of G-d-fearing widows has been established who recite Tehillim together as a chaburah.

By the merit of this we shall be worthy that all the blessings and salvations be drawn down upon Klal Yisrael, in the words of Chazal (Vayikra Rabbah, parsha 24:4): "every blessing and salvation flows only from Tziyon" — "יברך ה' מציון" — and through it we shall merit to sweeten the birth-pangs of Moshiach and to bring the redemption with mercy, as it is written, "דלמא ה' רגשו גוים… יתיצבו… על ה' ועל משיחו" — "and upon His Anointed" — about whom it is said: "And I have anointed My king upon Tziyon, My holy mountain." (For as our Sages have arranged in many holy contexts, and as we have elucidated in Yam HaChochmah: "ובקשו את ה' אלקיהם ואת דוד מלכם" — "they shall seek out Hashem their G-d, and Dovid their king.")

We therefore call out from the holy city of Tziyon to every generous-hearted person whose spirit is uplifted — that you take your portion in restoring the honor of Malchus Beis Dovid, and in renewing this yeshiva at the holy graves of Dovid HaMelech alav hashalom and Shlomo HaMelech (and of all the kings of the House of David, and the righteous ones buried alongside them).
